Rewards Program

Reap the rewards with every purchase!

Here's how it works:

1. In order to receive MyRewards points, you must create an iLOVETravel.us.com customer account via the My Account tab above or at checkout by creating a login profile (email + password).
2. The total MyRewards points you will receive for each purchased product is indicated on its product detail page under the heading Reward Points.
3. Once you've placed your order and payment has been received (online via credit card or PayPal only), your MyRewards Points will be immediately availabe to be redeemed during your next purchase.
4. To view your total available MyRewards points at any time, simply visit your My Account area then look below My Rewards for your "Total Points."
5. To determine how many MyRewards points are needed to get a FREE product, find its MR value which is listed below the product description on the product detail page. Important:  The MR value of a product corresponds only to the retail price + sales tax value of the product.  Because UPS shipping costs are calculated dynamically, it is not possible to include shipping in the static MR valuation of each product. Thus shipping is extra and will need to be paid for at checkout, if not covered by other accumulated and redeemed MR points.
6. To redeem MR points, go to My Account / Rewards Detail then click the  Redeem  button below your MyRewards details.
7. On the Rewards Product List screen, you may redeem your MR points for any of the listed gift certificates. After redemption, the gift certificate will be stored as a GC-coded credit in your account.
8. To use it, you must first retrieve the GC code by going into your My Account / Gift Certificate Details area. Once retrieved, you may apply the GC code during checkout as a coupon toward the purchase of any item.
9. Special Redemption Only:  MR points cannot be redeemed for items marked as Special Redemption Only as described above.  If you wish to redeem accumulated points for a Special Redemption item, please use our Contact Us form (with subject: Special Redemption) to notify our Sales department. In the message field, enter the name, quantity of and the shipping address for the Special Redemption item(s) you want. Once we receive your Special Redemption request, we will use the provided email address to identify your account and ensure that you have sufficient accumulated MR points. Following, your Special Redemption items (if Free Shipping goods) will be shipped to the provided address.  If your Special Redemption items are not Free Shipping goods,  a member of our Sales department will contact you to arrange shipment.
